We guarantee access to rooms from 5pm. But if you’re really impatient, don’t hesitate to come earlier! Some rooms are available early, and if not, we will keep your luggage to lighten the rest of your day.

Rooms must be vacated by 11am at the latest.
In exceptional circumstances and subject to availability, a late check-out may be possible. Please contact reception on the morning of your departure.

Yes, whenever you like! Reception is open and available 24 hours a day. Our staff will be delighted to welcome you at any time, from midday to midnight.

The hotel is located at 7 Boulevard Pasteur, 83400 Hyères.
There are several ways of getting to us:

  • By train, arriving at Hyères-Les-Palmiers station, 10 minutes‘ drive from the hotel, or Toulon station, 25 minutes’ drive from the hotel (also accessible by bus).
  • By plane, arriving at Toulon-Hyères airport, 10 minutes‘ drive from the hotel, or Marseille airport, 1,5 hours’ drive from the hotel.

The hotel has a private, secure car park at a charge of €25 per night.
However, parking spaces are limited and are not guaranteed when booking a room. When making your reservation, please let us know if you would like to reserve a space.

Several means of transport are readily available in Hyères, including buses, taxis and car hire services.
Don’t hesitate to ask us for help with any reservations or additional information.

Breakfast is not included in our rates.
The buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant only from 7:00 to 10:30.

If you wish to have breakfast in your room, a continental breakfast with a hot drink, orange juice, a selection of pastries and bread, jam and butter is served from 8:00 to 10:30.

Breakfast in your room and in the restaurant costs €22/person (€12 for children under 12). Bookings can be made directly at reception!

The hotel does not have a spa or gym, but we can make reservations for you at some of our favourite addresses in the area.

For a few lengths or a dip, our outdoor swimming pool is open in fine weather. Unheated, we close it at the first frost to preserve your health!

We are delighted to welcome your pets throughout your stay, at no extra charge.
Within the hotel grounds, please keep them tethered to protect other guests and keep them clean!

The Restaurant is open every day for breakfast (7am to 10am), lunch (12pm to 2.30pm) and dinner (7pm to 11pm). You are of course very welcome, but please remember to book your table with our staff.
We also invite you to discover the hotel’s beach and its Le Marais restaurant, as well as the Reine Jane restaurant (and its rooftop in July and August), just a 10-minute drive away.

Families are always welcome!
Some rooms have a sofa bed, others offer the possibility of communicating with each other. Choose the format best suited to your tribe.

The room service menu is available in your room, in the room directory, or directly from the restaurant!

It’s out of the question to let the stain from lunch get in the way, or the folds in your blouse spoil your dinner.
Entrust us with your belongings by completing the dedicated form in the room directory.

Why take the risk of missing out? The hotel and restaurant are open all year round, whether it’s raining (it’s so rare), windy (you’ll appreciate it for kiting) or sunny.

Wifi is available throughout the hotel at no extra charge.
A connection code is given to you on arrival at the hotel.

It is possible to change or cancel your holiday, depending on the conditions of your booking. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information!

Not all our rooms have a terrace or balcony, but the area around the swimming pool is open to all hotel guests so they can enjoy the outdoors.

The nearest beaches are less than 15 minutes away by car. We will be delighted to reserve mattresses for you on the hotel’s beach at Le Marais, a 10-minute drive away.

On a daily basis, we are committed to reducing our energy consumption as much as possible and to preserving the precious environment that surrounds us. Our staff are particularly sensitive to this, and we hope we can count on your support too.
