The Restaurant, which has several different areas, is open to all, every day for breakfast (7am to 10am), lunch from Monday to Friday (12pm to 2.30pm) and dinner from Monday to Saturday (7pm to 11pm).

Next to the fireplace or around the remarkable poplar wood bar, you’ll find a cocktail menu that will take you on a journey around the Mediterranean basin, along with our chef PERRODIN’s sharing plates.

In the same spirit, Lilou offers you her selection of 200 wines from Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Lebanon and North Africa.

The chef

Emmanuel PERRODIN — Nomadic chef, co-founder of oeuvres “Culinaires Originales” and Associate artist of the scènes nationales du Mans and Marseille, Emmanuel PERRODIN inaugurates the first cycle of chefs in secondary residence, a kind of holiday home.
“This concept suits me.Hyères is a stop-off point on a longer journey, rich in its relationship with fishing, the sea and citrus fruit. Hotel Lilou is that ideal place, inhabited by a soul, warm and lively, where my cuisine tells of the world, landscapes, people and history.”

Chefs in secondary residence — The Hotel Lilou is opening its kitchens to a series of chefs. Each year, a new chef will be invited to discover his or her world. A bet on freedom and creativity, the promise of a renewed menu.

The Tasting Room In an intimate room, Lilou offers you its wine cellar, which can be transformed into a tasting room or an intimate dining room. Our sommelier has designed the wine list to take you on a journey around the Mediterranean, with over 200 different wines on offer.

A place designed for meeting up, getting together and working, equipped with everything you need for that, it's also a free space where you'll find books dedicated to travel, the city and its islands, architecture and the cuisine of the South.
